Whether you’re making the decision for yourself or for someone you love, deciding how and where to live when Long Term Care is needed is a very emotional and confusing experience. Manitoulin- Sudbury Community Care Access Centre (MSCCAC) is the entry point into the system, and into our beautiful Nursing Home. Their case manager assesses the client and completes all paper work, which is then sent to client’s chosen nursing home and then their name is placed on a waiting list.
