EGH attracts high quality professionals, and is successful in maintaining a full complement of staff. Our Human Resources department also coordinates student placements or summer employment at EGH.

Wellness Committee
The EGH is actively involved in promoting wellness. The goal of our Wellness program is to improve the health and well-being of all staff so that they can be models of healthy individuals, which will lead to our facility being a model healthy workplace. The Wellness program not only focuses on physical and emotional health, but organizational health as well.
